The terms of use for the commercial graphics available on this site are pretty simple:
Ownership statement: all of the content was
created by Lady in Black and rendered from the original 3d model. Copyright to
the original
files remain the property of Lady in Black and MAY NOT be sold or given away in
their original form by any means whatsoever, including
file type changes, tubing, including in clipart collections, etc.
They MAY NOT be used for Cafe Press (mugs, t-shirts, etc.). I retain those
rights exclusively. Hotlinking or sharing the download zips
is strictly prohibited. One backup file may be made for the use of the
purchaser only.
The purchaser of the graphic product is
granted the right to use the characters for personal and/or commercial products
such as
web site designs, calling cards, avatars, tags, sigs, wrappers, greeting cards,
stationery, gift tags, scrapbooking, e-cards, and
in printing projects (logos, on ads, business cards etc.) You may crop, color,
resize and/or alter the images in any way you wish.
You may give away or sell any product YOU created using the graphics with the
above exception of Cafe Press items.
